Rhône River Cruise Itinerary

Worldwide journeys taken with Adventures by Disney allow guests to taste exotic foods, enjoy authentic works of art, survey the brilliant architecture and discover the rich histories of every destination we traverse. All of these immersive, family-friendly, trips let guests truly experience the “local color” of the region.

For the launch of the new Rhône River Cruise itinerary, we wanted to build excitement and entice our audience to book an upcoming trip. We created videos and social content that illustrated all the unique textures, sights, places and people you’ll experience along the South of France. A custom music track was also developed, one which melded French culture and the uplifting, exciting spirit of the ABD brand.

 

In addition to the long-format videos, we produced :15 and :06 second pieces that were used throughout social. These “little moment” videos worked as an extension of our long-form content and gave greater context to the trip experience.

 

Social Campaign | Local Color

These ABD trips are feasts for the senses. The sights you see, and the colors you glimpse are simply unforgettable. We wanted people to explore the newest itinerary in a brand new and visually interesting way, letting them truly discover the “local color” of the region.

On Instagram, using original video and photography captured, we created a color gradient grid to engage audiences and promote repeat visitations to our feed. Each post, highlighting a specific color, focused on a single excursion from the trip or added deeper meaning to the Adventures by Disney brand promise. The colorful grid of posts included image carousels, “little moment” videos, cinemagraphs and gifs.
